Dr. Wolf Wagschal has long held a strong interest in real estate and construction. He currently serves on the boards of several companies, where he plays an active role in driving new business development. One of these is INVAST, a Dubai-based blockchain platform focused on the tokenization of real-world assets and broader innovations in the Web3 space. In Zurich, he also sits on the board of Eins und Eins Baumanagement AG.
Known for his passion for building brands across diverse industries, Wolf regularly advises both local and international companies, bringing a creative and strategic approach to every project he supports.
Wolf studied at Harvard University as well as Cornell University-School of Hotel Administration, and has an Honors degree as dipl. eidg. Hotelier-Restaurateur SHV (from the sister school at the time of graduation of Ecole Hotelier de Lausanne “Les Roches”). Wolf also completed his dual MBA from European University and La Salle University in Switzerland. His dissertation topic of “Emotional Intelligence – the key to effective project management” earned him a 6.0 perfect score and advancement for his Doctorate in Business Administration at both Universities whereby his PhD thesis was Emotional Intelligence “Are Leaders made or Born”.
Wolf strengths are his leadership skills and his creative ability to envision something and then put it into action. He has an immense network of contacts on a local and also an international level. Wolf was the former Vice President of the Cornell Hotel Society (CH), Vice President of the Cambridge Society of Food and Beverage Management (CDN), former Member of YPO (Young Presidents´ Organization) and current member of WPO International Chapter. Wolf´s hobbies include Tae Kwon Do (whereby he holds a second degree black belt), tennis, skiing and golf and of course his passion for food and wines.
Burkhard Zerlauth was born in Bregenz, Austria, and studied at the renowned Private hotel school, Schloss Klessheim in Salzburg. Over the past 30 years, he has expanded his skills in all areas of the hospitality industry. Over the past 20 years, he has held several senior management positions in Switzerland.
In December 2012, he has taken over a historic hotel and restaurant directly at the Walensee – www.flyhof.ch – but because of his competence in the management of hospitality properties, Burkhard continues to advise various gastronomy companies to help them become more profitable. Gosmasha Aljoaib, a native of Saudi Arabia, holds a degree in Business Administration from Prince Mohammed bin Fahad University (PMU). She furthered her education by completing courses in Finance, Accounting, Culinary Arts, and Barista programs in Dubai and London. With over a decade of experience, Gosmasha serves as an Administration Manager at Salim M AlJoaib & partner and as restaurant consultant at Archi Saudi and many more restaurants in the Kingdom. Her expertise lies in menu creation, culinary arts, cost control, and managing both front and back-of-the-house operations. As a certified freelance chef with Level 2 HACCP certification, she excels in developing new menu items and ensuring operational efficiency. Apart from her professional pursuits, Gosmasha enjoys traveling and indulging in baking, cooking, and playing Tennis. Fluent in English and Arabic, she also possesses a working knowledge of French.
